St. Sophia is part of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America serving the faithful of the Metropolis of New Jersey.  The Archdiocese is headquartered in New York City and includes 540 parishes, 800 priests and approximately 1.5 million faithful throughout the United States.  The Archdiocese is an Eparchy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople serving 300 million faithful worldwide under the spiritual guidance of His All Holiness Bartholomew - Ecumenical Patriarch.
